To help keep track of bugs across all of the games, Play IGG holds a Bug Index.
The Bug Index strives to be a directory of all the known bugs and their workarounds across the range of IGG games.
To successfully post a new Bug Report, you will need to enter a few bits of information:
Title
Choose a short description of your bug to help others locate it in the list.
Game
You will need to choose from the list which game your bug applies to. If you need to, you can use the [CTRL] key to select more than one game's bug queue.
Body ( Description )
You will need to post a description of what your bug is. The more information that you can provide here the easier it is for people to understand and replicate your bug - perhaps it is something specific to you - feel free to upload and include pictures to help explain what the issue is.
Severity
Of course, all bugs are serious, however, in order to find out the really serious ones, we ask that you choose from the list of three options, the severity by which the bug impacts the game - ie: If you can't do something because of it, then you should definately tag it as "Major", however, if it is perhaps a spelling mistake, or an error that occurs when you go somewhere (but lets you go) you may decide it to be "Minor".
Workaround
In some cases, the game doesn't have to end with a bug, there might be another way around it. If you know of a way to get around the bug you have submitted, you should include that information in the Workaround portion - it will then help other players who are stuck to work around the bug until is fixed.
After entering as much information as you can, you can either preview the page (highly recommended) or you can be a rogue and submit the bug straight to the index.
