Logging in to your account

Now that you've registered, you should have recieved an email that contains your password and one-time link. If you follow the link, this will log you in straight away and provide you the change password options. If you choose to use the password, or you are a returning user you will need to use the Login button.

The login button is conveniently located next to the Register button, click it and you will be asked for your username and password. Once you provide your details and it lets you log in, you will be taken to your Play IGG profile which should look something like this.

There is also a quick login form that is available on all pages except for the front page.

I am having trouble logging in, what can I do?

If you have any trouble logging in to your account, you should make the standard checks first.

  • Make sure that you are entering your username and password correctly. Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Check your email to see if someone has requested a new password on your behalf.
  • If you still have difficulties, make sure to check the home page for any news, if there isn't, try requesting a new password.
  • If you do not recieve a new password after 10-15 minutes, drop us an email with as much info as you can and we will take a look for you.
